Tommie did an excellent job delivering two very large plant pots and two large plants to my front porch. He was super patient while I decided where I wanted the pots to go. He even gave helpful input when I wanted the plants near the door but he pointed out that it would block the ring camera. Tommie saved the day. I wouldn’t have been able to reposition those pots once they were in place. Everyone at Green Oak was super helpful but Tommie gets the gold star.

I recently ordered from Florist and honestly couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything felt easy and stress-free. No surprises. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward. When the arrangement arrived, it was absolutely stunning — fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully put together. You can tell they truly care about detail and the arrangement’s presentation. What stood out most to me, though, was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They were helpful, patient, and genuinely seemed to want to make sure everything was perfect. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality arrangements and great service in Jackson.

Herrington at Green Oak helped me pick out zinnia seeds for our garden and walked me through why they are such a great and popular option. She is so knowledgeable and approachable. I really appreciated her guidance and always have a great experience at Green Oak.

Herrington at Green Oak has helped me on two separate occasions—once finding the perfect flower arrangements for friends welcoming new babies and another time helping me pick out a snake plant. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. She had the flowers ready the same day I asked, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Green Oak is simply AMAZING!!! I was eating lunch and seen this gentle tending to this beautiful bed of flowers and when I spoke to him, he was super knowledgeable about the flowers and you could tell he loved his job. He said he services, designs/installs beauty like this all over the metro. His name is Joseph and I definitely recommend this company simply off of how beautiful this bed was and just me witnessing the care the gentleman gave to these plants😍😍

Green Oak has the best people employed, I met with Joseph outside of one of his maintenance accounts and it was beautiful, the pots looked as if they were in a magazine, he is extremely knowledgeable and taught me a few things within our brief conversation!

I wanted to share the Amazing experience I’ve had with Green Oak Florist Jackson location. I was seeking assistance as a first time Wedding Coordinator & Decorator with no knowledge of how to begin this process. I simply googled local florist and Green Oak Florist in Jackson Ms came up first. I made the initial call to them, I was then scheduled to meet with their Wedding Coordinator Team and they guided me with their knowledge and expertise from there. Needless to say Green was Amazing, the Wedding on December 20th was Absolutely Beautiful! I not sure how everything would have turned out without their professionalism and expertise. Hands down the best florist shop in Jackson! Always love the flower arrangements I order from Green Oak, the great selection of items in their gift shop, and the amazing staff! Recently picked up a new handmade wallet while ordering flowers for my wife! Being able to shop a local business that still treats you like family is such a rarity these days. I'm leaving this review to complement the sales associate that helped me on the afternoon of October 8, 2025. As someone who knows nothing about plants, I was out of my depth and this young lady was extremely kind in helping me pick a gift for my wife for our anniversary. In an age when it's so hard to find good salespeople, it really stood out to me how this place has staff that both knows the product and knows how to treat people right. I particularly appreciated that when I said "which of these three plants would YOU buy?", the sales associate explained the pros and cons of each in a manner that made sense and allowed me to seem like a thoughtful and caring husband when I showed up with the bromeliad she recommended. This was the second time I've shopped for a gift plant here and the prior experience was equally enjoyable. Edit: bromeliad and pot from said visit.

Green oaks have always provided wonderful service. Living in Minnesota and placing an Order for my mother in Jackson, they have meet and exceeded my expectations of preparing and delivering beautiful flower arrangements.

Everyone is so nice and helpful at Green Oak! They make sure to ask lots of questions and lead you in the right direction!
