Green Oak is simply AMAZING!!! I was eating lunch and seen this gentle tending to this beautiful bed of flowers and when I spoke to him, he was super knowledgeable about the flowers and you could tell he loved his job. He said he services, designs/installs beauty like this all over the metro. His name is Joseph and I definitely recommend this company simply off of how beautiful this bed was and just me witnessing the care the gentleman gave to these plants😍😍

I wanted to share the Amazing experience I’ve had with Green Oak Florist Jackson location. I was seeking assistance as a first time Wedding Coordinator & Decorator with no knowledge of how to begin this process. I simply googled local florist and Green Oak Florist in Jackson Ms came up first. I made the initial call to them, I was then scheduled to meet with their Wedding Coordinator Team and they guided me with their knowledge and expertise from there. Needless to say Green was Amazing, the Wedding on December 20th was Absolutely Beautiful! I not sure how everything would have turned out without their professionalism and expertise. I'm leaving this review to complement the sales associate that helped me on the afternoon of October 8, 2025. As someone who knows nothing about plants, I was out of my depth and this young lady was extremely kind in helping me pick a gift for my wife for our anniversary.
In an age when it's so hard to find good salespeople, it really stood out to me how this place has staff that both knows the product and knows how to treat people right. I particularly appreciated that when I said "which of these three plants would YOU buy?", the sales associate explained the pros and cons of each in a manner that made sense and allowed me to seem like a thoughtful and caring husband when I showed up with the bromeliad she recommended.
This was the second time I've shopped for a gift plant here and the prior experience was equally enjoyable.
